Colophony Lead Free Solder Flux Soldering Paste

Soldering Flux Paste provides high tack-force and superior wetting for both leaded and non-leaded Solder alloys. The flux comes in both liquid and paste formats, and in rosin activated(RA), no clean(NC) and water solubes(WS) flux chemistries. our fluxes provide exceptional adhesion to copper and form an effective barrier against oxidation of circuit traces.

No Clean Soldering Flux Paste, but if high requirement for corrosion and surface resistance of components, PLS washing also.

Soldering flux paste, Lead free product, meeting RoHs directive, which used on steel, iron, braze, plated-zinc and plated-nickel soldering. 

Before using pls remove oxidization, oil and dirt on components surface.
